Remember buying two of those same cards for sli on my first ever rig, both died within a week of buying them.:(
 
Can't see point of back up card.
soon as I get new card, I sell old while it worth something!

however got 8400GS

A PCI Radeon 32Mb 7000.

Has been worth its weight in gold since I have had it, it has been on loaners to people during RMA's, Has booted up numerous PC's with software and hardware problems, It is natively supported by any linux live disk, needs little or no cooling, very little power draw. It will also drive a 1920 x 1200 panel satisfactorily in windows.
