For someone weighing 45 kg who is 159 cm tall:
You have a Body Mass Index of 17.79

You are in the ideal weight-for-height range. To maintain this, make sure you have a healthy, well-balanced diet and keep active with regular exercise. This will help keep you feeling good and lower your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and other health problems. Try to do at least 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity on five or more days of the week. This could include a brisk walk, cycling or dancing. To improve your health, don't smoke, cut down on salt, sugar and high-fat foods, and limit your alcohol intake.
For someone weighing 58 kg who is 178 cm tall: You have a Body Mass Index of 18.3 . This means that you fall into the underweight range.
