Whats Your BMI?

Hello :)

Sorry its took me a while to reply to some replies (ty for the compliments :) ).... I basically had enough of lugging around nearly an extra person, I used to love crisps that was my biggest failure, sometimes i could eat 6 or more packets a day, I started going to the gym in the evening and i would basically just go on the treadmill, I used to do a brisk walking pace with a fairly high incline, enough to break a good sweat, for around an hour 3 or more times a week, I cut out the crisps too and started to eat fairly healthy, i suppose i was a calorie freak watching what i eat, it was hard at first the cravings were still there but as time went along it got easier, but the biggest motivation were the compliments i was getting from people, This seemed to make everything worth it, Its funny now as no one recognizes me :p ...But its deffinatly been a life changing event and im much happier :) maybe i should post up some pics somewhere eventually :p

 he checked how much body fat I was carrying with a medical caliper as I have been using Orlistat for some time now and shed a lot of weight:confused:.

Tank, BMI is a waste of time that wouldn't have been something that a GP measures with a caliper. It's simply an equation involving height, mass and a constant of some value. It means pretty much nothing for anyone who weight trains!

For someone weighing 68 kg who is 182 cm tall:

You have a Body Mass Index of 20.52 . This means that you fall into the normal range.
