Whats Your BMI?

Still get bad twinges but mostly 'cos of the viscous circle of being heavy and having a bad joint. Really no excuse for not excercising but weight loss just seems to be my nemesis. Smoked for 14 yrs and just stopped, I am sure there are hundreds who wish they could do that. Bet they are all stick thin buggers too ;)

Bad knee's suck, and as you said a vicious circle, I exercise, my knee gets worse until I get to the point its so painful I can't exercise anymore, stop losing weight, get depressed put more back on :(

My knee's are feeling better since losing weight, but cold weather also makes them very painful, but winter normally hits me MUCH harder than it has this year which I put down to less weight on the joint. Hopefully when i start exercising in a few months my knee won't react as badly and i can get through the pain to the point my leg muscles are supporting my knee's a lot better and all's good.... hopefully.

according to BMI, if I get to zero percent body fat I would have a bmi of 22.5, as it stands I am 26.3. It's pretty useless tbh.

Well done, you've assume you can get to a 0 BMI and its completely related to fat, its not, its not a measure of BF, nor is it healthy to be a "0" either so you fail on both assumptions. Also its impossible to have 0% BF and be alive, your brain is made of fat mostly, if you had no fat, you'd be dead.

Done this with my GP before Christmas in November. Doubt its the same now, bashing the weights hard now due to Christmas treats bugger.
