Get rid of it and get something with a massive engine. I only get 5mpg less with 3 litres :D

I'm extremely tempted to buy an R32 but planning on spending most of next year travelling, so it would be pointless and a drain on cash I don't really need. In the mean time I have free use of the Mini. In fact I'm surprised you didn't make any 'mum's car' comments, are you in a good mood or something? :D

Zafira 1.6 (new shape 06 plate)

27MPG doing the school runs
42MPG on a long haul ( 50-60 limit roads)
34mpg on the motorways , car really needs a sixth gear nearly 4000Rpm at 70 Mph is not even funny

What's good apps are there for android and iphone?

Road trip is great if you have an iPhone. This pic is from it.

Had my car for 2 months now so this should be a good average figure. 80% of my running is in town and mostly journeys of <5 miles, car is a mk 1.5 1.6 Focus.

Pretty happy with this figure.

combined on my van over the last 11,000 miles is 61.89 (use a piece of software every time I fill up) my 200sx however averages about 24-27 0_0

39MPG for the last few thousand miles.

Hey mate, just thought i'd reply to your email here.

Basically, about 3 months ago one of the injectors failed and it left me at the roadside for three hours. Eventually the AA towed me to the dealership who confirmed it was a dead injector.

I prepared myself for a good shafting in the wallet.

However, they then went on to explain that they would cover the replacement of the injector free of charge - apparently there's an extended warranty that covers them in the event of failure.

As well as this, they replaced all the other injectors free of charge as well as "they looked a bit worn and probably wouldn't last much longer". Not sure how true that was but they're picking up the bill so knock yourselves out! :D

Since then, i've been getting ~50MPG compared to ~40MPG before.

over 65 mpg now by a hares whisker. :D

Longest distance on one tank has been 653 miles so far. Hoping to beat that on this current tank full. Hovering around a quarter of a tank at the mo and have covered 540 so far..

As recommended i installed fuel log pro for Android. I had a few receipts and noted down mileage backlogging about 2 weeks and done 2 full fill ups since installing the app.

Fiesta ST

Average MPG: 28.48

Costs per mile:£0.21... Day:£9.49... Week: £66.46... Month: £288.83... Year: £3465.63

Miles per day: 45... Week: 318... Month: 1382...Year: 16571.

And i haven't been doing as much driving as i usally do this month so the figures would be higher.

Rybo, what does your trip computer say? is it close? mine is currently showing 28.3... High lift cams ruined my MPG lol

I have pre-facelift so I don't have the trip computer.

I figured my MPG was around that before using the app. The car costs me a fortune to run for what it is, 4 petrol stations on my work routes have got to know me personally We how much I am there.

What will make you laugh though, I logged down £260 in work miles last month and got paid back £18.50. My appraisals are next week so if they don't sort it I'll be out for a new job soon.

drove a 75bhp Transit Connect to Aberdeen and back (800 miles) and only got 35mpg. Dissapointed can get the same from my 525i on the motorway

42 MPG

Did 450 miles almost on one tank of petrol this weekend

From Southampton to Manchester and back
