Between £35-40 for a PS4 game. If the game has a limited edition or anything special, I will push for paying £50. God, I even remember paying £40 for a Silver 20mb PS2 Memory Card in Woolworths when I was younger.

I've gotten too used to the Steam sales over the years, anything over £20-£25 seems way too much for me

There are the odd few games that I'll go for at full price though, the most recent was GTA V and that was worth every penny. I'm stuck here now trying to talk myself out of buying Bloodborne at full price

£30 for a new release is my limit.

You can usually find an offer for a newly released game where you can get £15 or so xbox/playstation store credit bundled with the game for £45. I buy this sort of deal all the time from Tesco and sell the credit to my friend.
