Is that on the bed or the bed side table? Seriously - the variation is huge, walls, type of glass, orientation, reflections etc. all have a huge impact on spot measurements. It doesn't really tell you anything.

You also need to be clear if you're talking about 2G or 3G, RSCP or RSSI, for 3G it's the Ec/Io that is far more important than the strength.

Signal strength high and ASU low, 2 is ideal I'd expect.
