What's your weakness?

Mine's not knowing how to say 'No' for overtime and generally 'No' for anything. That leaves me doing ridiculous hours and never getting payed, having to argue with the managers every month about my wages etc and guess what, I still haven't learned. This is why I don't go out anymore

, otherwise I find myself doing things for people I really wouldn't wanna be doing, I'm doing it because I don't wanna disappoint those Swearing!.
