Monday: 40 Minute run followed by a gym session on weights (training for strength not to bulk out), Kung Fu in the evening.
Tuesday: 90 Minute run and sometimes some strength training, time permitting. (cycle to work)
Wednesday: 55 Minute run followed by gym, Kung Fu in the evening.
Thrusday: Rest (cycle to work)
Friday: Long run, 2+ hours, dependant on schedule.
Weekends: Nothing due to working hours, but I cycle to work.
