What's your weekly workout routine?

Monday: 40 Minute run followed by a gym session on weights (training for strength not to bulk out), Kung Fu in the evening.
Tuesday: 90 Minute run and sometimes some strength training, time permitting. (cycle to work)
Wednesday: 55 Minute run followed by gym, Kung Fu in the evening.
Thrusday: Rest (cycle to work)
Friday: Long run, 2+ hours, dependant on schedule.
Weekends: Nothing due to working hours, but I cycle to work.

Tue - 30 min Cardio + Back
Wed - Rest/meet with a friend in the pool
Thu - 30 min Cardio + Shoulders
Fri - 30 min Cardio + Arms
Sat/Sun - Sweet F.A.

Yea I slack HARD on legs so far in 2k11, going to switch up in a couple of weeks to;

Mon - 30 min Cardio + Legs
Tue - 30 min Cardio + Chest + Tri
Wed - Rest/meet with a friend in the pool
Thu - 30 min Cardio + Back + Bi
Fri - 30 min Cardio + Shoulders
Sat/Sun - Sweet F.A.
