Depends. I'm in the uni library using their internet and it's all fine apart from the Zuckerberk empire.

On my phone, which uses EE, I'm having trouble connecting to a lot of sites.

Not just you, loads of professions are dependant on WhatsApp groups.

Well, it's WhatsApp too, and Instagram. So it's pretty big. The impact of WhatsApp being down on businesses is potentially huge.
