Obviously graphics card is in PCIe. Then there's X-Fi in PCI and as not so common addition 3ware 9650SE-8LPML in PCIe.

Just a graphics card, mobo has 6 usb ports, nic ports, wifi, spdif for sound. What else could you need in a pci slot. Other than a decent sata raid card paired with several ssd drives. But taht's far to expensive.

What irks me though is that yeah theres so many slots that are totally unusable, you plug in a dual slot gfx card or 2 and you cant use most the other slots, why do they even bother putting them on the board if you cant get to them instead of having 4 slots crammed in you cant quite get to, just put 2 in you can get to /end of rant
