WHEA Uncorrectable error

According the bluescreen viewer its been caused by HAL.Dll file . I think

My comp is windows 10 64 bit

"Titan Typhoon" Intel Core i7 5930K @ 3.8GHz OC Six Core Haswell-E Nvidia SLI Gaming PC

Should not be as i asked for it to be taken off how do i check?

Okay i checked cpu is at its max speed of 3500mhz so its not overclocked . On that note i just ran SFC /scannow and it found some corrput windows files and fixed them. Hopefully that fixes the issue

iv als odone the windows r check and chkdsk both of which came back okay
