When adding a 2nd pc to a wireless router...

Do you have to use the installation cd ? or should you set it up manaually in networking in control pannel.

Reason im asking is because is it ok to have 2 admins on one router (i.e one set up on either pc?)

btw its the netgear DG834G v3 and using hard wired not wireless...

if xp installs the wireless nic/dongle you can use eitha the windows xp client or the one on the disk what you got with the device.

ITs totally up to you but if its already installed I suggest you install the one built in as it is much friendlyer
