Hey everyone, just took delivery of my parts this afternoon :D

I haven't got a wooden desk to work on only some laminated large coffee table from Ikea, don't want to scrape the paint off of it, I know I need to build on a non conductive surface, easiest way to solve this problem???

Cheers

pretty sure the antistatic bag won't cover the whole table :P bed sheet is a good idea, it's only for when I put the case on it to install everything, I'll put the MOBO on the box it came in when I'm doing that stuff

Will put up some pics when I'm done :D

I believe the anti-static bag would be the worst thing to use, you'd more likely short your components.

I have a huge bit of cardboard from our fridge delivery that I use :)

EDIT: Surveyor beat me to it ;)

Yeah the bag is a no no.

Try find something like cardboard suggested, or something similar... You could always build it on a tiled/wooden floor?
