When can we expect the 670's?

may if not june is my guess

but with the current price drops + discount looks like i wont be able to wait :D

I don't get why nVidia are waiting, I mean they're basically letting ATI dominate the midrange.

Have you seen anything to suggest that or is that just wishful thinking? :D

Just me praying xD

On a more serious note, my personal guess would be that it would have to be soon to compete with the immense popularity of the 7850. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if they released it with the 690 seeing as they are in two opposite segments of the market.

I hope it will be soon. Been holding off buying a 7850 for a 670. I'd rather not go with AMD due to issue's i had with drivers in the past.

Same here. I've had a better experience with nvidia overall, but they just don't have anything that even touches the 7850 in price/performance/efficiency :(.

Maybe they just gathering the cream from 680's and when ATI will came along with smth better 680 will become kind off 670ti and new card will appear in the green team (remember those pictures where 680 suppose to be marketed as 670...)

I'm waiting on this as well. Had the funds for an upgrade for a while now but I'm holding out for Ivybridge and 670Ti :D

my upgrade is screaming ...4870 has aged well and still capable of running the game I need (WOW)pretty good in 1980x1280 but not with the many bells and whistles ...and after this upgrade it will be another 4-5 years till next one (if next one even happens :> )

In your case I would go for as much vram as possible if it has to last that long, so a 2GB 7850 heavily clocked would be a great upgrade when their price comes down.

True Straxusii that what I am thinking ....unless NVIDIA will make a move and bring 670ti in the mean time (1-2 months)

No chance, the 670 will take on 7950 and will be around £300

You are looking at 650/660 for the 78x0 competitors and god knows when they will turn up

Totally agree with this. Can only think nvidia are having yield problems which is why all their chips are going on 680's. If you can only produce so many chips, may as well get top dollar for each one you sell.
