When can we expect to be able to buy 20nm Samsung DDR3?

I've read Samsung are now churning the stuff out. Also will we now be able to get 8 gigabyte sticks as well?

theres no date yet but from what just googled it might be soon they also going to be doing a Samsung SSD Green as well

I can't wait to see what they will be capable of; the current 30nm RAM are already legendary so it will be interesting to see if the 20nm continues the trend for low power and high overclockability.

just need better cpu's with better imc's,current sam green would overclock even more

would be interesting to see what haswell chips can do with them

Im starting to think this.

Unfortunatly Intel and AMD wont pull their finger out enough to give us a real performance increase. They could so easily but then why would they?

Yeah, I figured it must be the controller on the CPU because you can have two pairs of sticks running at a certain speed and latency and when you stick all four in together, you have to detune them to get them to work :mad:
