From Monday in Gamestation I believe. I went in last week to get my PS3 pre-order deposit moved over and they said it should be 18th ish.

I'm expecting the online pre-orders to open the second the price is announced. I should think they already have their deals etc ready to go, they just have to wait for the official announcement.
