Spawned off the tragic death thread, I'm curious if/when people wrote their will. It seems somewhat morbid, given I'm only 27, but I've been wondering whether its about time I set one up, particularly as I've just inherited a fairly reasonable amount..
So fellow OCUKers when did you set your will up and what caused you to do it? Have you left most of your stuff to your family or have your friends got a lot too?
Also, if in the event I don't have a will, am I right in guessing that my estate would be automatically left to my next of kin to distribute as they wish?
