OcUK have been moving to new premises on the weekend so you'll have to forgive their "slowness" in this regard. I've talked to them on the phone regarding my order earlier and this was the reason including their current internet is not operational too, so if you did a webnote then that would be another reason why they haven't got back to you yet.
They are still shipping current orders but could take a little longer while they sort out various things to do with the move.
As Varsh said they are currently in the middle of a move so are a little slower then their normal self's. If you have any enquires regarding your order please post in the customer support fourms including your order number.
