when do this week offers start

I was wondering when they start the offers?/ old ones end

The reason i ask is I want to pick stuff in morning however I dont want to get home and find that by mid day stuff is cheaper?

is there any way i can find out as buying tmz

Wednesday to Wednesday - they can go up any time between 10am and 2pm.
