When does a live sub end?

My live sub ends on 1/9, does that mean it ends at the end of January, or on the first of January?

If I'm not mistaken it would finish at the first of the month or the 31st of December

Do they not end exactly 1 year after using them? It's a bit crap if it rounds to the nearest month (probably taking the floor).

Give the helpline a ring as they should be able to give you the precise date when your account will expire. I've had to do this myself in the past after I received an automated message over Xbox Live informing me that my account was going to expire soon even though I was signed up until March 2009 (at the time - now 2010).

on the my account part of xbox.com it will tell you the exact date it expires in mm/dd/yyyy format.

in the old dash it just said the month and year, and I'm about 80% sure it would end exactly a year from when you registered it. my last sub ran out in the middle of september

Gold Membership

Renews on: 24/06/2009
