when does "this week only" run out?

i know it runs wed to wed....i guessed it ran out at midnight....but no-one in ocuk is going to be awake (or bothered im guessing) to change the this week only over at midnight.

do they swap it at like 9am on a wed or some other time.

This info is really going to help me as im feeling up against the clock and dont want to make any rash decisions.

usually updates somewhere between 10am - 1pm

Between early morning and late afternoon, I think it depends on how busy they are.
