Hi guys, I have always wondered this. When I flick through pictures I have taken with some form of digital camera such as a compact or a cameraphone, when I flick through them on the device or on my PC, its almost as though another frame is present.
It quickly flicks past what would be a frame later if it were a video in a fraction of a second before the picture loads. If you blink you would miss it, and you have to flick between a few photo's several times before you figure out what is happening.
It is only really apparent in shots where something is moving.
Why does this happen?
