When I use windows photo viewer to view a photo the colours aren't right?

Hi there, on my new PC with windows photo viewer the colours dont show right on pictures, like the RGB is wrong or something, its not just that program either, theres like 5 programs I can choose to view pictures and 4 out of 5 show the wrong colours, it sort of makes them really orange or really green depending on what colour the image was to start with.

I'm sure over years I've seen other people mention the same problem.

NM I just found a tutorial online which explained what the problem is and how to fix it.

I just changed an icc profile in color management in control panel, was quick and simple, cheers anyways.

Which profile did you change? Mine does this too, it shows different colours for images in Firefox vs Windows Photo Viewer / Photoshop. My current colour profile is set to "Dell-U2410.icm" which is what my monitor is so I would have though it is correct.
