when is burning crusade due out?

Last I heard was around October/November? But then again this is Blizzard, so it could be later, or perhaps even earlier. As I saw on a video, one of their representatives said "It will be done when it's done." So with Blizzard never being one to stick to dates, I wouldn't rely on any information really.
