when overclocking up the vcore voltage or CPU ?

Hi I notice vcore goes up like this 1.3v 1.4v 1.5v and above it is the cpu voltage. any I no when you up the FSB you need to add more Voltage to give it the power to run.

Should I leave the Vcore on Auto and play round with the CPU voltage ?
 
It's my understanding that the vcore is the cpu voltage, if it's not then I have been doing something wrong for years :)
 
As TONY says, Vcore denotes the CPU core voltage. It's usually in much smaller steps though, eg: 1.300, 1.325, 1.350, 1.375.

The voltages you are describing sounds more like the voltage for the Northbridge.
