Timeline of events:
21st April: Purchase item for £100 Buy it Now on behalf of a friend, for a birthday present. Birthday is 16th May
22nd April: Cheque sent to seller
2nd May: Cheque clears
8th May: Email seller to ask when the item will arrive.
10th May: Get email saying 'its on way m8 ta'
13th May: Item not arrived. Email seller asking if it would be possible for me to have the tracking number.
17th May: No contact from seller, no item yet.
When should I start getting concerned and whats the next step? The seller is a Power Seller selling sporting memorabilia, appears to be running it as a business, good feedback rating, and has several auctions on at the moment so is still trading etc...
