When should i upgrade?

Right heres my situation, have 320 ish quid to spend in total.

Should i upgrade to sandy bridge these items now, or wait for a few months till something new comes out and prices of current hardware has dropped, or do you think they will stay round about the same and the new ivy bridge stuff be just higher price than current stuff? if that makes sence

could always buy more ram afterwards when iv sold my current cpu-mobo-ram

i would go sandy bridge, but if your not really exceeding 4gb when using your pc, i would just save the extra money for a new gpu or something nice like that
