When someone calls my phone tablet rings too..

I've just bought a tablet and set it up. It has its own phone number.

But whenever someone rings my phone the tablet also rings.

How do I stop the tablet ringing? I suspect it's something to do with the same Google account being on both devices. But surely there is an option to tell the tablet not to react on that number?

Assuming its like my Samsung menu try going to settings > connected devices > call & text on other devices

The settings should be in there by the looks of it. I don't have a tablet myself to dig any deeper than that unfortunately
