When Steam releases Linux code

Does this mean that we will then be able to play our Steam games on the PS3?

Just picking this up from a comment I read on another forum and I'm not quite sure how it would work.

I'm fairly certain you can't, most linux programs don't run on PS3 linux do they, as PS3 is not an x86 system. You need customized programs as far as I know.

Hmm, I wonder where he got that from then. Would have been awesome if it was possible though.
