Price/performance has sucked for years, all manufactures (both AMD and Nvidia) have been doing is releasing cards with 30% more performance for 30% more money (for example).

The article appears to have been written based on the picture AMD included in this article and are assuming this means it is an official price cut. The fine print says these are just prices off of a website unaffiliated with AMD.Seems AMD have officially dropped pricing now.
