When the Nvidia 4000 series due for release ?

Guys am hoping to be upgrading the whole of my PC base unit sometime this year and of cause that will also need to include the GPU

So does anyone know if the RTX 4000 series GPU's are due to be released sometime this later year ?

Probably late September would be my guess but it is that, a guess.

The 4000 series will just encourage scalpers and miners to buy all the stock again. Genuine gamers will be better off if they skipped the next generation I think.

End of the year by usual past releases but there could be a delay with what has been going on the last few years, wouldn't expect it to be more than a few months if it did happen.

I meant if Nvidia skipped.

When 4000 comes out, you'll be competing with people who already bought a 3000 card. That adds to the shortage and your need is greater than their's because you skipped.

It's most likely to be announced around Sept time and the top 1 or 2 cards to be released by the end of the year, follows recent releases. Mid range comes out a year later or so.
