'Take care' means she has unresolved issues in her past life that can only be rectified with a session at the psychiatrist's, possibly revolving around an abusive father and a mother that left when she was ten.
It probably means that she doesn't know where she is in life nor what she wants from it at this time, but that she's willing to be curious if she meets the right chap.
However she's not quite sure if this is you or not, as she's still debating the pros and cons of the red trainers you wore to the cinema last week and whether or not she can really abide your terrible breath.

I might sometimes post up a rather silly paranoid thread where I’ve over thought something, but least I don’t try and defend my stupidity and admit its me having a paranoid moment..
I don’t throw my toys out the pram, I just take the insults and condescending put downs as a lesson and take it from there.. I’ve learnt some interesting tips yet again in between all the mocking and finger poking..
I will admit I do need to keep working on the anxiety that causes me to stress and get that horrid stomach ache that results in over thinking etc.. I’m trying to deal with it, its all too easy to just grab the medication and put my head in a bucket of sand, but no.. I hide behind a computer screen and post a silly post but least it gets it out my system.
So, to me its worth the mocking and in a way – thanks everyone..!!
