Just wondering when you upgrade your mobile phone for a new model, are you entering into a new 18 month contract?

Really sick of Orange as I get no signal at work or at the girlfriends.

As above, normally it's the same as what term you were on, but it depends if you got a different deal, they could have put you on a 24 month one.

yes, you don't think they'd give you a shiny new phone just for being their customer over the past x amount of time do you?

yeah im with orange too i dont think they are very good, my contracts runs out in a couple of months so i think il be switching to o2

I thought Orange had the best 3G Network of all, My Bro, has been on Orange for 10+ years, never had a problem, i was quite impressed, signed up, got a shiny new phone!!! Started a new job last week, NO SERVICE!!!! now all calls are being diverted to my brand new ASDA MOBILE!!!!

The best coverage possibly, but they always come last (or near to last) in the industry standard JD Power mobile data customer satisfaction surveys. But there is no pretty OFCOM map of the UK to show people that.

I'm not so sure. My brother had issues with 3 a while back after an upgrade, and they/their t&c's seemed to indicate a renewal was not a new contract and therefore could not be cancelled under DSR. We didn't pursue the research after that as they offered extras to make him stay.
