when will 4GB DDR3 sticks come out?

im a sucker for large system memory. bought 8GB as soon as the DDR2 2x2 kit dropped below £80.

seeing i7's 6GB was a bit step down, and 12GB was too expensive, i held off and bought i5 instead. (planning to upgrade to a new LGA1156 i7 later or on Intel price drops)

im waiting for 4GB sticks to come out so that i can run more VM and have a larger, more useful RAMdisk. anyone know how long will that take?

Crucial already do them but are very expensive, not sure if they are triple or double channel though - just seen them on their site when browsing

You probably won't see them for reasonable prices until at least Q1 2010.
