When will BT upgrade?

My parents are paying £30 for a 2 meg connection, seems rather expensive considering through a wireless network it only runs at 750K, anyone know when they will upgrade?

I thought both broadband speed and wireless speed are measured in megaBITS per second?

Yeah, 750kB/s is a bit much for a 2Mbps, and 750kbps is a hell of a lot slower than 11Mbps (even allowing for the fact it performs about half the headline speed)...

on the pc with the router is runs at 1.8 mbps , i'm using a D-Link DSL-G604T could that have anything to do with it?

fairly annoying getting kicked from all the BF2 servers i join :rolleyes:
