When will this ordering bug be fixed?

The problem is when i order i get to the http://www.overclockers.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl form and the page is stacked asking for the COUNTRY.
I dont know if you had any orders from cyprus lately but a lot of people
from Cyprus experience this problem too.

Anyway i want to order some products so let me know when it is fixed and if it is going to be fixed soon because i need them fast.

But you're asking forums members who have no connection with the shop to tell you when it will be fixed.

Contact the shop and they'll look at the problem. Nobody on here works for the shop, they're all busy working.

Actually, the page is asking for County, not Country. Try filling in that field, if it exists.

Hehe, no no... County and country are different. County is like a region/state

If Cyprus doesn't have states/regions/counties (all are the same), put "n/a" or something else in the county field.

Thank you beansprout.That was the issue.
County is the "Region" in the order form and the bug is that although it is not listed as mandadory(with a *) it is.

You already posted this in General Discussion. The shop crew were initially unable to recreate the problem, and I believe that's still the case. Contact them via the WebNote system (which you can now use for pre-sales queries) and I'm sure they'll be able to help.
