I was kinda making a general call...but the point still stands, 60fps will be a bigger file and youtube still want to be able to stream to as many people as possible. Larger resolutions are easier to sell to people than faster framerates, especially when netbooks etc. already struggle with HD footage at 30 fps.
I was hoping that someone would have an insider ear to how the roll out was going. As of now I can only assume that my You Tube Channel has not got the 60fps privilege yet.
