Whenever I enable G sync in control panel, V sync gets turned on by default?

I turn it off, I lose G Sync and see tearing, I turn G Sync on and V sync becomes enabled, and under V Sync there is no "Application controlled" either, its just on or off. This is all under the Nvidia control panel by the way.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Seems to be sorted now guys, glitch in the system and was able to resolve.
