Did anyone else notice they nicked 2/3 of the plot, a load of the imagery and more bits and pieces such as the basic ship design off Starship Titanic (Douglas Adams, dual PC game/ book)?

A few of the scenes also reminded me of The Poseidon Adventure.

I didn't think the episode was very good and I'm dreading the reappearance of Catherine Tate as the new sidekick. Bring back Billy!

Never read that book, but the episode was not very good imo. Was too slow/long/stretched out and a bit too many Cliché's.

One of the only half-decent things on all day though.

It all felt a very clichéd to me aswell, some very cringeworthy speechs and one liners. I fell asleep half way through so i'm gonna watch the rest on BBC's website at some point.
