whens the next 360 update ?

I've just received notification of another update. Is this the real thing this time or more beta stuff? I switched my console off as I'm going to watch Amityville Horror so didn't see what the update was.

Got a notice at work today and the dashboard update is confirmed for the 1st of november and the kinnect update is due on the 8th. Dont quote me on the kinnect date though as i was more interested in the date for the new dash.

Rather than start a new thread, i'll ask this here. Does anyone know if i could use a usb card reader and a sdhc card as a storage drive for the 360s?

This isn't good. My Xbox has hard locked twice in the hour I've played it since the 12611 update.

you need to report this to MS this is why we are beta testers.

How do you update the dashboard? Or is it automatic. Go easy i have only had my Xbox for a couple of weeks lol

It will prompt you when you sign in to Xbox Live. If you don't update, you'll not be allowed to connect until you do.
