where am i going wrong?

just finished putting my gf's i7 920 together, it has artic 5 thermal compound and an akasa ak 967. just checked the temps in the bios and it said 61 degrees! apparently people have had it down to 35 odd!

any ideas where i might be going wrong?

just checked again... 87!! MUST have done something wrong

ha ha just found out the reason, however i will not admitting what it was.

...ok ok... i left the plastic on the hs... after constantly reminding myself too! lucky to get away with it me thinks

just noticed, good guess hazardo! please tell me that it is from experience!?
