Where are all the X99 boards

The prices are a bit eye-watering as well, the asus x99-e ws is £70 more expensive than elsewhere, certainly testing my customer loyalty!

The only choices in mATX are 2x ASrock boards, Gigabyte or the EVGA - there was an EVGA X99 Micro in the B grade section so OCUK have sold them in the past, but there's not much choice for mATX X99 as it stands.

Yeah I already asked in CS section about Evga and Asrock killer matx boards and they have no plans to stock them again which seems a tad strange to me.

No reason given either I suppose? Very strange, but perhaps they were not good sellers?

Looking at the spec for the EVGA vs the Gigabyte though, the EVGA costs a lot more for less features. If only the GB board had a slightly better colour scheme.

To clarify....

EVGA, sales very poor, overpriced, no profit margin plus supply was a headache, so we dropped them. They may return soon.

Gigabyte recently changed range. Entire launch range, with exception of X99M-Gaming 5 is discontinued. Only UD3P (not going to sell), UD4P, Gaming 5P (all brand new) and Champion remaining. At least one more new board expected soon.

MSI are transitioning from their original launch range to USB 3.1 versions but stock hasn't arrived yet.

Asrock, poor sales & terrible support. Just got out of a meeting with their UK representative so this may improve soon.

Awsome thanks for the update Scotti will hold off and see what happens in next couple of weeks then as I would rather use OCUK.

I tested MATX EVGA vs Gigabyte for an infin8 system in terms of OC and efficiency. GB much better performer and cost effective also. Easy choice for Scott.
