Where are the 7950 details?

Are there any seemingly accurate info on these cards regarding the release date or how they will perform. I've done me searching around the web but some are saying 1 thing, others are saying another. The 7970s I'm sure will be priced out of my league so I'm really interested in the 7950 but there is no info anywhere.

Early Feb seems to be all round rumour date of release. What info do we have on their performance when compared to the 6970? Will we be seeing a paper release beforehand to wet our appetites like the paper release has done for the 7970?
