Where are the forum rules

Actually, the rules for Signature size is not under rules…it's under Maintenance.

What is the signature for?
You may use a signature in your post. Please access your Account in order to specify a signature to display at the foot of your posts. You may use multiple images in your post, but combined they must not exceed 400 x 75 pixels, nor exceed 90Kb in file size. You may also have one line of normal or smaller text above or below your signature, with no spacing between text and image. If you do not have an image in your signature you may have four consecutive lines of text. These must not be padded out with blank lines. You must not use moving images in your signature. If your signature is removed by a member of the moderating team and you are unsure as to why please contact the team. Do not post complaint threads on the forums, and do not replace your signature without amending it. Gifs/ Other moving images are not allowed in signatures.
