So Windows 7 Beta is out and it supports touch interfaces..........but where are they? I can't find anything decent, only a couple of 15 and 17 inch ones.

Anyone know of any 22-24 inch touch screens that support 1080p?

Not sure I would want a touch screen that big, dont know where id put it in easy reach to use it with touch technology.

Don't fancy greasy fingermarks all over the screen I'm looking at either. Be a pain in the neck to use as well, so IMO it's a gimmic with little general application.

You can buy addon kits that go up to that size... Cant remember the companies name, but it'll add easily 200 to the monitor cost.

I want it in the kitchen (on the wall), to use with the media centre in Windows 7. Maybe there'll be more available when it's makes it to RC1.

Not worried about finger marks, it's just something you have to get used to with touch interfaces.

Not sure about add on kits. I can imagine it looks a bit of an after thought.

You wouldn't want a big screen with the touch interface, you'd have one normal widescreen and use a 15/17" inch screen mounted somewhere for a media centre or control point (as mentioned above) in conjuction with the other screen..

I don't want a touch screen in front if me, I want a large ultrathin touchscreen that I can put flat on my desk.

Like a cut down version of MS Surface.

i reckon a touch screen monitor s would work with a long stylus, so you would tap options with a wand, thus no finger marks
