Where can I buy a fake string of onions?

Decided I want to go out tonight dressed as a frenchman so will be hitting the shops later to purchase a black and white stripey top, beret and a baguette.......does anyone know where I could buy a fake string of onions in the hgh street? I'm tempted to make my own but I doubt they would let me in to a club with them on

Hmmm, dunno, not really a high street thing lollll

The closest thing I could find was a pack of plastic fruit and veg that you could customise with a skewer and some string haha. As it's a competitor (sort of) just think of that damn giraffe called Geoffrey ;)
 
Glad to see I'm not alone! To make your string did you pierce the onions through the middle or tie the string around the tops of them - I've seen guides on the net suggesting this technique but I was wondering if they are strong enough to be worn around your nexk that way.
