I need one today or tomorrow, does anyone know of UK shops that might sell these? I have tried my local PC specialist shops but not any big names, maybe PC world?

Online won't come till after x-mas and that is no good as I'm sat here with a build in parts without the correct bracket for my new CPU Cooler :(


My motherboard came with an aftermarket CPU Cooler and the guy never put the original bracket in.

message him and tell him the situation and he will send it for you with formula 1 car if you like, just so long as you are willing to pay for it. Message him and tell him you want special delivery signed for or whatever service you are willing to pay for they usually are very accommodating like that. But i think this is being overly cautious, first class should be fine, but the seller is taking the pee pee charging £3.99 for first class.

First class usually arrives in 1 day. As long as you are not in Ireland or Scotland.

unfortunately ocuk dont stock generic ones, just ones for specific cpu coolers, not sure those will work.

Ok....

It's not a paid promotion. It's the BBC. That would break so many laws it's not even funny.

Cameras crew go on ahead when the star cars stop to get coffee and film getting fuel etc. Plenty of opportunity for flyby shots. Also it's not as if the Porsche is doing 150mph, they are doing the speed limit or thereabouts.
 
Give OCuk a call and see if they have any, when I went to visit them they had a whole massive box of intel stock coolers just shoved into a corner, it just so happens at the time I needed one for an Intel CPU I was selling, so asked them if I could have one, they told me to help myself, FOC, they are from when they build costom machines for people with different coolers on them, they just throw the original cooler into a box, pretty sure the same will apply to the custom RyZen machines they build too, they'll remove the brackets, back plate and screws and throw those into some random box too, all they'll want off you is maybe a couple of quid for the part and the postage cost.
