Where can i get a crimping tool?

I'm looking for a tool and 3 pin connectors so i can remove the 4pin connectors that have came on my new fans and stick 3pin ones on instead, probably inside sleeve's too to cut down on mess.
I've done a few searches on other suppliers and auction site but cant seem to find what i'm looking for.. if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
