I swapped the fan on my old Corsair TX750 because the bearing was making a chattering noise and was just loud in general.
Like Ace Modder said it's very DIY - but it is simple to do. Just snip the connectors and attach the 2-pin one from the existing PSU fan to your new fan. Red to 12V, black to Gnd and ignore the other wire. Heatshrink over the connections and make sure any existing shielding/ducting gets put back in the right place.
Standard disclaimer about opening power supplies: obviously it's dangerous if you don't know what you're doing - un-plug and leave it disconnected overnight or longer to give the caps time to discharge. The fan is usually easily accessible so aside from taking the cover off you shouldn't need to poke around much.
I've used the cut, solder and heatshrink method in all power supplies I've swapped the fans on. No problems or shocks so far, then I don't touch stuff other than the fan wires and even avoid touching the heatsinks as they can be live too.
